Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation of the minister of home affairs of the Republic of Indonesia regulation number 47 of 2016 on the administration of village administration in sub-district koto Kampar hulu Kampar district. Evaluation indicators that are used include effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, accuaracy. The type of research located in the village office of sibiruang and picak bandur is descriptive survey, that is by spreading the questionnaire list as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool then made the main raw material to analyze the empirical condition of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the meticulous location. As the number of populations that are so many, then the method used is random sampling method. Types and data collection techniques used consist of primary data collected using quisioner list techniques, interviews and observations and secondary data collected by observation and documentation. While the data analysis technique that is used is the separation and grouping according to the form and type of each data then they are processed and analyzed by using the evaluation variables of the implementation of the minister of home affairs of the Republic of Indonesia republic 47 years 2016 abaout the administrative village administration in the district koto Kampar upstream Kampar distric. Then it is clarified using the form of tables and figures and analyzed descriptively, is discussing the actual situation and associated with existing theory. Based on this analytical technique, the researcher concludes the evaluation of the implementation of the internal ministerial regulation of the Republic of Indonesia number 47 of 2016 on the administration of the village administration of the subdistrict of Kampar Hulu Kampar district when viewed from as effectiveness, asefficiency, as sufficiency, as equity, as responsiveness. The majority of respondents answered fairly well, so the researchers categorize it as “ good enough ”.
