Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon found in direct observation of spaciousness. Where the task of the Institute for Community Empowerment is not yet optimal. The purpose of this study was to find out the results of the Evaluation of the Task of Community Empowerment Institutions in Benayah Village, Pusako District, Siak Regency and to find out the obstacles in the implementation of LPM tasks. Evaluation indicators used include effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and determination. The type of research used is quantitative with the population of Penghulu, Chairperson of LPM Kampong, Member of LPM, Head of Hamlet, Chairperson of RW, Chairperson of RT and Community (KK) with a total of 61 respondents determined by census technique and purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used are primary data collected by questionnaire techniques, interviews, observations while secondary data is collected through regulations, report documentation and other data obtained then analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that the implementation of the tasks of the Village Community Empowerment Institution in Benayah Village, Pusako District, Siak Regency was in the category of "Good Enough". The inhibiting factors of the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Village Community in Benayah Village, Pusako Subdistrict, Siak Regency are in terms of unoptimal socialization carried out by LPM Kampung Benayah. monitoring of the implementation of the existing construction in the village of Benayah, this is due to the lack of development produced by the LPM itself. most of the development in Benayah village comes from the village and district governments that are supervised directly by the relevant parties.
