Abstract

This study aims to determine the objective level of Service Evaluation of Electricity Change At State Electricity Company Office (Case Study of PLN Rayon Panam Pekanbaru City). Indicators of assessment of services used include effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, leveling, responsiveness, and accuracy. Assessment type located in PLN Office of Rayon Panam Pekanbaru City is descriptive survey, with quantitative method priority list questionnaire as data collection tool and data collected with this tool then used as main raw material to analyze empirical condition from objective existence of research objective at meticulous location. There are two groups namely population and sample in this research that is, head of rayon amounted to 1 person, field officer amounted to 15 people, office officer amounted to 13 people with total amount 29 person, and customer count unlimited. Customers in this case are those who are taking care of the changing electrical power. The sample size of these two population groups is 29 employees and 20 customers. Two sampling techniques used in determining individual samples are census techniques and for the employee population and incidental sampling techniques for the population of subscribers. The types and techniques of data collection used consisted of primary data collected using questionnaire and interview techniques and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data anilisis technique used is to use the tool table ferekuensi. Based on this analytical technique, the researcher evaluates and concludes that the Evaluation of Electricity Change Service at State Electricity Company Office (Case Study of PLN Rayon Panam Pekanbaru City) is at good interval. Recommendations that need to be considered are mainly related to the number of inadequate employee performance and socialize to the customer about the service of electric power change so as to assist the customer in the process of changing electric power.
