Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze about how to evaluate the implementation of the advanced village program inhil Jaya in the village of Suhada, Enok Subdistrict and also to know what obstacles that influence and become an obstacle to the implementation of the advanced village program inhil jaya. The phenomena that researchers found in the field were the results of the initial observations, the authors found that according to the provisions, community participation is needed in implementing programs and development for people's welfare, but in this program lack of participation because of the lack of socialization from the village apparatus, some of the main objectives of the DMM program are for the welfare of rural communities by holding development in the physical field, such as roads, bridges, clean water, markets, employment, education and health, but there are still incompatibilities that have not been carried out and the activities have not been carried out, and finally the incompatibility of results with the provisions of development. This type of research located in the village of Suhada is a quantitative descriptive research method, this research method can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, quantitative data analysis / statistics, with the aim of testing a predetermined hypothesis. There are two population groups and the sample in this study is the village apparatus, a population of 26 people taken from 15 people and the community (kk) 807 people taking a sample of 30 people. In this study researchers collected data through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the research carried out on the implementation of the advanced village program in Jjya are in the category of Fairly Implemented. As for the obstacles to the implementation of the advanced village program inhaya jaya. From the interview results, researchers encountered obstacles in implementing the DMM program, which was the lack of active implementation of the apparatus, the lack of education in implementing resources and the lack of community participation in the program implementation process. From the results of the research and also the barriers that the authors put forward. So the author concludes and also advises the village government of Suhada.
