Abstract

According to Dunn (2003: 608-610) Evaluation can be likened to the assessment, scoring and evaluation appraisal regarding the production of information about the value or the benefit of the policy result ie the evaluation gives valid and reliable information about the policy performance that is how far the need, value and opportunities have been achieved through public action.
