Abstract

This research is implemented at the investment service and integrated services one door Pekanbaru city, cooperative office, small and medium enterprises Pekanbaru city, Tenayan Raya sub-district Pekanbaru city. The purpose of this research to investigate the Implementation of program Thursday is clean without smoke pollution for the state civil apparatus in the ranks of the Pekanbaru city. Implementation assessment indicators that are used include policy measures and objectives, resources, characteristics of Implementing agents, attitudes/dispositions (disposition) of the Implementers, communication between organizations and implementing activities and the economic, social and political environment. the type of research used is a descriptive quantitative method. The subject of research are ASN investment service and integrated services one door Pekanbaru city, cooperative office, small and medium enterprises Pekanbaru city, Tenayan Raya sub-district Pekanbaru city. The sampling technique used was accindental sampling. Data collction techniques used observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Based on this analytical techniques the researchers assessed and concluded that the Implementation of program Thursday is clean without smoke pollution for the state civil apparatus in the ranks of the Pekanbaru city at the interval of appraisal is sufficient.
