Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of objectivity of resettlement in urban cities in Simpang Baru sub-district, Tampan sub-district, Pekanbaru city. Implementation indicators are moving inside city area, Resource, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure. The type of research conducted at Simpang Baru Village Office, Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru City is a descriptive survey, so it prioritizes the list of questionnaires as data tools and data collected using these materials to determine the condition and purpose of the meticulous location. There are 6 poulasi counts so that 75 samples are taken as the material of this research. Two sampling techniques used in this study were used in the determination of individual samples ie census ie chairman of RW and Civil Servant and persuasive sampling technique that is community, head of RT, Move Community and society come population group. The types and techniques of the data used consist of perimer data collected by means of interviews and questionnaires and secondary behavioral data. While the analysis technique used is aids frequency table. Based on the analysis of this technique, research and analysis can be carried out in cities in Simpang Baru, the Tampan sub-district of pekanbaru city is in a bad interval. The recommendations that are needed are taken into account especially in communication in the blockage of this policy and assertiveness in carrying out the intended policy.
