Abstract

The purpose or this research is to find out the Implementation Of Maintenance Of People's Bridge Crossing (Jpo) Plaza Sukaramai By Dinas Perhubungan In Pekanbaru City. Where is the maintenance implementation JPO is measuredby using three indicators standard operating procedures maintenance of JPO, conduct surveys, provide budget and material, carry out maintenance actions. The formulation of this problem is How Implementation Of Maintenance Of People's Bridge Crossing (Jpo) Plaza Sukaramai By Dinas Perhubungan In Pekanbaru City ?. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The location of this research is Dinas Perhubungan in Pekanbaru City. Informants and Key Informants of this research are Section Head and two Employees of Road Facility and Infrastructure Engineering Section, and four user communities of JPO Plaza Sukaramai. The type of data used is Primary Data taken directly by the researcher from the respondent including interviews and using secondary data such as Documentation. The results of this study conclude that overall of Implementation Of Maintenance Of People's Bridge Crossing (Jpo) Plaza Sukaramai By Dinas Perhubungan In Pekanbaru City of less done. The obstacles faced are that the Transportation Department does not get a special budget from the Pekanbaru City Government to carry out maintenance on the JPO and takes Dinas Perhubungan a long time get a budget for maintaining JPO that is given by a third party or private.
