Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the performance analysis of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in channeling community aspirations in Jaya Kopah Village, Central Kuantan Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency and also to find out what constraints affect the performance of Village Consultative Bodies in Distributing Aspirations. Society. The phenomenon that the researcher found in the field is the results of the initial observation found that the Village Consultative Body Performance in carrying out its Main Tasks and Functions is still not running, namely in channeling the aspirations of the Community because according to the community explanation that their aspirations have been submitted to the Village Consultative Body received by the community, the Aspirations of the Community are the repair of roads that are still damaged, the making of Drainage, the construction of culverts (Box Culvert). Indicators that are used include Input (Input), Output (Output), Results (Outcome), Benefits (Benifit) and Impact (Impact). This type of research located in Jaya Kopah village is a Quantitative Descriptive research method, this research method can be interpreted research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, quantitative / statistical data analysis , with the aim of testing the predetermined hypothesis. There are two population groups and the sample in this study is the village apparatus, the population is 31 people, the sample is taken by all 31 people and the community (kk) 432 people were taken as a sample of 43 people. In this study the researcher collected data through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation.
