Abstract
Agentsbecome a the distribution chain of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) to stores, stalls or retailers. But before they are accepted as an agent, they must follow some hardtests which taking a long time. Prospective agents must come directly to the LPG Filling Station (SPPBE) to submit their administrative requirements. After the data is verified, the SPPBE officers will conduct a survey to the business location to assess the feasibility of place and thefacilities. Itwill take a long time to find a new prospective agent's business location. Once accepted as an agent, they do a process to make gas ordering to SPPBE manually. The monitoring process of gas ordering by SPPBE officers is also dothe same way. This system is designed for mobile devices with android operating system and uses the JQuery Mobile framework. People can register as an agent through their own mobile device. Gas ordering process in SPPBE becomes easier because it can be done through the system. Meanwhilefor SPPBE officers, it simplifies the survey process of searching the prospective agent business location because ithas Location Based Service (LBS) feature for marking the location point of the prospective agent. In addition, it also facilitates SPPBE officers in the monitoring process of gas ordering and in the process of validation of gas taking by agents. The result of the questioners that has been distributed shows that the total percentage of the aspect value of the use of this system is 88.28% or interpreted as strongly agree.
