Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance in the Palm Oil Mill section at PT. Flora Wahana Tirta in Kampar District. The type of research that I use is a type of descriptive survey research with quantitative research methods because researchers collect data by analyzing data and by describing or describing the data by observing the research site. The sampling technique used in this study uses purposive sampling technique that is for employees totaling 51 people. Data collection methods used are by distributing questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique that researchers do is quantitative analysis. The results showed that the results of the t test (partial) showed the results of Compensation (X) with a value of sig. = 0.000 <0.05 or t-count = 7.299> 2.007, it can be concluded that Compensation has a positive and partially significant effect (individually ) on Employee Performance of the Palm Oil Plant section at PT. Flora Wahana Tirta in Kampar District. The R-Square value (R2) of 0.521 or (52.10%) explains that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance in the Palm Oil Factory section at PT. Flora Wahana Tirta in Kampar Regency was 52.10% while the remaining 47.90% was influenced by other factors not observed in this study. From the results of the conclusions obtained in this study, the authors give advice to the company, namely PT. Flora Wahana Tirta in Kampar Regency must pay more attention to given to its employees so that employee performance is better and always increasing.
