Abstract

Si Bolang Program at TRANS7 began from March 26 2006, have special agenda named Jambore Si Bolang, has been since 2008. Same time with Jambore Si Bolang on July 8 to 9 2017 which held at Lembut Pancawati, Bogor, West Java by TRANS7 is an off air program which become on air. The main location is in around Mount Kendeng, Outside Baduy, Kaduketuk Village, Lebak Regency, Banten Province on Jambore Episode Tittled “A Letter To Si Bolang From Kanekes”, which On Air on Tuesday, July 25, 2017. This research to know what and how are the values of local wisdom of outside baduy ethnic on that episode. Using critical approach, qualitative research methodology, semiotics research methode –Roland Barthes which study about indication, sign and myth. Myth in a point of view of Barthes is different with the meaning of myth in general. Barthes Study about Denotation and Connotation. There are 11 scenes as the result of this research which show the values of local wisdom of outside baduy ethnic, which has been studied based on the shape and element of local values even its tangible or intangible through Roland Barthes Semiotics. Its true that Baduy is one of the hinterland group society in Indonesia whis has their own special, their confidence is strong enough, but never bother other people. They live for keeping. the forest and its environtment. Their live pattern is so simple and independent.
