Abstract

The process of communication that occurs within the company especially that involves communication between leaders and employees is an important factor in creating an effective organization. Effective communication depends on satisfactory employee relationships built on climate and positive organizational beliefs or moods. The relationship of superiors and subordinates is the heart of effective management. In order for this relationship to succeed, there must be trust and openness between superiors and subordinates. Based on the observation, the researchers found the communication between employees is not well established because of busy work. Current conditions indicate that communication is not constructive means that the way of communication does not highlight the positive side of what is communicated between fellow employees because if there is a mistake in the job, they do not give each other direction and direction. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the implementation of communication between the leadership and employees of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) Pekanbaru Branch and its constraints. The research method used is qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted, the researchers can take conclusions are: Based on the results of research conducted, the researchers can take the conclusion that is: interpersonal communication at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) Pekanbaru Branch runs well, because the communication is done well received by all employees. Formal and Informal communication can improve the spirit of the employees especially supported by the proximity and care of a leader against his employees, and also the employees can comply with instructions or orders given by the leadership. But related to the results of research, there are inhibiting factors interpersonal communication Employees at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) Pekanbaru Branch are as follows: Personal Employee problems, eg employees have family problems and work routines, for example, employees feel exhausted.
