Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to konw the process of determining the margin, calculaing of profit sharing ratio, the calculation method of margin murabahah, and what factors become the consideration of BMT Al-Ittihad in determining the profit margin murabahah and profit sharing ratio on BMT AlIttihad mudharabah. The research method used to describe margin of murabahah financing and profit sharing ratio od mudharabah financing in BMT Al-Ittihad by using qualitative method. (1) data source that is pimary and secondary data. (2) data collection method by observation, interview, and documentation.(3) anaytical method used is qualitative analysis that is research try to describe method of determination of margin on murabahah financing and determination of profit sharing ratio at mudharabah financing. The results showed that the method of calculating margin murabaha using the flat method, while the profit sharing ratio using mudharabah revenue method. And the BMT factor in determining the margin and the profit-sharing ratio are terms and conditions, ceiling, installment details, time period, and percentage of margin. It also needs to consider the principles of Islam that is no coercion (ikroh), mutual ridha (antarrodin), the principle of honesty, and the principle of justice.
