Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of murabahah, musyarakah, and ijarah financing in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Mitra Arta Pekanbaru. The population of the study is all registered members who receive funding in 2017, which is 257 people. This study using The Slovin sampling method and the number of samples is 72 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive analysis.The results of this study indicate that the realized financing has been carried out in accordance with the procedure and achieved the effectiveness targets set by the BMT. It can be seen from the level of financing effectiveness of BMT Mitra Arta Pekanbaru in 2017 of 77.33% (effective). Supported by the results of the average response of respondents regarding the implementation of Murabahah, Musyarakah, and Ijarah financing on Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Mitra Arta Pekanbaru which are at a good level. So it can be concluded that Musyarakah, and Ijarah Financing on Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Mitra Arta Pekanbaru has gone well.
