Abstract
This research aims to determine employee empowerment and leadership on employee performance at Bengkalis Regional Hospital. The population in this research is employees at the District Hospital and this research uses a proportional sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 106 respondents. Data sources are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression test using SmartPLS version 3. The results of this research show that (1) Partially, the Employee Empowerment variable has no significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) partially the Leadership variable has a significant effect on Interest in Visiting (3) simultaneously Employee Empowerment and Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance
