Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership style, professionalism, work environment, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of financial managers in the Kampar District Work Unit. The population in this study is all employees who are within the Kampar SKPD that are related to financial managers. Where there are 28 SKPDs in Kampar Regency. The technique in sampling was purposive sampling. Samples in this study were 20 Kampar SKPDs. Where each SKPD will be distributed 4 questionnaires to employees whose position is as Head of Service, Enterprise Administration Officer (PPK), Activity Technical Implementing Officer (PPTK) and expenditure treasurer. So, the respondents in this study amounted to 80 people. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 24 software. The results of this study simultaneously showed that leadership style, professionalism, work environment, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence had a significant effect on the performance of financial managers in the Kampar District SKPD. Meanwhile, partially the Leadership Style has a significant effect on the performance of financial managers. Professionalism has a significant effect on the performance of financial managers. The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of financial managers. Emotional intelligence does not have a significant effect on the performance of financial managers. Spiritual Intelligence has a significant effect on the performance of financial managers.
