The study aimed to analyze the role of dormitory supervisors in shaping Islamic character of female students at Islamic University of Riau especially in women dormitory, focusing on their roles as facilitators, managers, and mentors. A qualitative research method was employed, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicated that dormitory supervisors played a significant role in strengthening faith through regular Islamic activities, such as congregational prayers, weekly studies, and daily good deeds. The study concluded that dormitory supervisors held a strategic role in shaping Islamic character of female students through a holistic approach, encompassing spiritual, social, and moral guidance. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for more effective management of Islamic dormitories.
