Abstract

Teacher assessment is carried out by measuring the work of each teacher in carrying out their duties and obligations in accordance with existing competency standards. A transparent and objective assessment method is needed to produce fair decisions. Currently filling out teacher performance assessment questionnaires at SMK Negeri 2 Pekanbaru still uses paper, besides that the process of filling out the questionnaire takes a long time because you have to distribute the questionnaires one by one to each student in each class. From the problems that have been explained, the author provides a solution to be able to handle these problems, namely by building a website-based teacher performance assessment system that applies the SAW method calculations to calculate teacher performance assessments. The SAW method will help school principals in the evaluation process related to teacher performance. The results of this research are a website-based teacher performance assessment application that can assist the teacher performance assessment process starting from filling out questionnaires to the results of teacher performance reports in each semester period, from the results of SAW calculations the highest performance score in the odd 2023 period is Roza Ansel with a score of 89 .01 and the 2023 period is even, namely Roza Asnel with a value of 87.6. The conclusion of this research is that the application of the SAW method can provide accurate teacher performance assessment results. The existence of a teacher performance assessment system can assist school principals in evaluating teacher performance.
