Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the effect of price and taste on customer satisfaction with gepuk tea products in Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this research was using the accidental sampling technique with the Slovin formula. In this case the researcher took a 100 samples by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The method used is descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results showed that (1) Simultaneously price and taste had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) Partially price had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and (3) Partially taste had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
