Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of compensation and work environment on employee performance at PTPN V Afdeling VII Kebun Terantam, Kampar district. The population in this study was 500 people with sampling using the Purposive Sampling method, so the sample in this study was 64 respondents from the field. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression test. The results of this research show that compensation and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PTPN V Afdeling VII Kebun Terantam, Kampar district.
