Abstract
This study aims to determine the efffect of product quality and word of mouthon purchasing decisions, especially npk jitu tani fertilizer at the berkah tanishop, sabak auh district, siak regency. This research is a descriptive andquantitative research based on field studies. Semi-structured interviews wereconducted with 81 informants representing several demographiccharacteristics, such as region, gender, place of residence, and age group.The result of this study indicate that word of mouth variables have asignificant influence compared to product quality variables.
