Abstract
Job satisfaction is something that can affect work productivity as in honorary educators through aspects of job satisfaction that are obtained both financially and awards.Study this aim for see description how satisfaction of honorary teachers at SD 004 Rambah samo, with research start done there is complaint from honorary teachers as job status problem connection between colleague work and about salary received. with so in SD 004 it was penetrated samo satisfaction work power educator honorary still low. Study this use method study qualitative descriptive, with technique data collection through observation, interview and documentation collected and written repeat on sheet presentation . Based on the results of the study, the informant study already fulfil aspects from satisfaction work , just just there is a number of aspects that have not fulfilled as aspect social and which financial from aspect that could influence individual in work as thoughts and feel inferior to the status of being an honorary teacher. Dissatisfaction informant to salary received often experience lateness and connection between teachers and boss who gave teacher discomfort in work .
