Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement on employee performance. In this study, the population is all employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Witel Riau Daratan. This study uses the Slovin formula in determining the sample, distributing questionnaires to employees using simple random sampling technique. Then the data analysis was carried out on these data with the help of SPSS. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis, correlation and determination t-tests, and t-test. The results showed that employee engagement had a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Mainland Riau Witel Telecommunications.
