Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work-life balance on employee job satisfaction at PT. Daya Kobelco Construction Machinery Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Daya Kobelco Construction Machinery Pekanbaru Branch, with a sample of 44 respondents using the slovin formula. This study uses primary and secondary sources. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. Work-life balance is closely related to job satisfaction and is a fulfillment of employee satisfaction in working to achieve personal and company goals. The results showed that partially (t-test) work-life balance had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Daya Kobelco Construction Machinery Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch, which means the hypothesis was accepted in this study.
