Abstract

Society understanding was an action or the way of society ability to reach a goal where understood and knowing something and it could be remember. The discussion in this research about how was society-understanding level on sharia banking product at Ujung Batu sub district. The purpose in this research examined to know the level of society understanding on sharia banking product at Ujung Batu sub district, , in order to understood by society and they could be access and using sharia banking products. The formulation of the problem questioned about how was the level of society understanding on sharia banking product. The purpose in this research examined to know society understanding on sharia banking product at Ujung Batu sub district. This research was field research. The population involved society at ujung Batu sub district, and the sample took 100 people by using random sampling technique. Data collection technique used observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Data analysis was descriptive, data was collected, and managed based on the type and was analyzed in quantitative, also presented in table, diagram and discussion. Research finding showed that the level of society understanding on sharia banking product at Ujung Batu sub district was in “good” category with percentage 80.52% in range good 61% - 80% and was in agree statement. It meant that society at Ujung Batu sub district had agree understanding on sharia banking product.
