Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human relations and work environment on employee motivation at PT. Megaindo Duri Electronics, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees totaling 66 people. Sampling was done by using the census taking method. The results showed that simultaneously human relations and the work environment had a significant effect on work motivation.
