Abstract

The research conducted by the author aims to see the effect of food delivery services on sales volume in the city of thorns. This study also aims to determine the dimensions of food delivery services as well as their influence on sales volume. Sampling using incidental sampling method as many as 40 people. The data in this study were obtained through questionnaires, and the data analysis used simple regression analysis. The data in this study were obtained through questionnaires, and the data analysis used was simple linear regression analysis, Classical Assumption Test, and Partial Test with SPSS V.26 application. Based on the research and hypothesis testing that has been done regarding Food Delivery Service on Sales Volume, it can be concluded that: The results of the study show that each food delivery service on Sales Volume is stated to be good. The results show that each variable of food delivery service and sales volume r-count>r-table is n = 40 with a significant level of 5% is 0.3120, and it can be interpreted that research on the effect of food delivery service Martabak Djoeragan on Sales Volume is valid. . The results of the partial T test that the t-count of food delivery services is worth (9.274)> t - table (2.024) can be explained that the significant effect of food delivery service variables on sales volume at the Martabak Djoeragan business in Duri City. The results of data analysis are known to be Food Services Delivery partially affects sales volume at Martabak Djoeragan's business in Duri City. The suggestion in this study for martabak Djoeragan to maintain and increase consumer satisfaction, Martabak Djoeragan must pay attention to offline and online services to be more improved in order to convince consumers to use food delivery services, and adding outlets in the city of thorns as well as adding more branches outside the West Sumatra-Riau area so that it is more widely known by the public.
