Abstract
ABSTRACT EFFICIENCY OF SELF EFFECT AND CONTROL LOCUS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PT.PLN (Persero) UP2D RIAU By NAZURA 165210162 The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self efficacy and locus of control on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Riau. For the dependent variable in this study were employees, (Y). control (X2). The population used in this study were employees of PT PLN (Persero) in 2019 with a total of 30 employees, while the sampling technique and obtaining a sample of 30 respondents. The research methods used were descriptive and quantitative methods. For data analysis methods regression analysis methods linear regression using the SPSS 22.0 assistance program. The results showed that variables, self efficacy and locus of control had a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Riau.
