Abstract

This research method uses the Highways Method to determine the level of damage. By calculating the equivalent number of vehicle axle loads to determine the truck factor and calculate the percentage of damage. The results of the analysis of the average daily traffic (LHR) with a total number of vehicles of 5991 vehicles / per day / 2 directions. The type of vehicle that is very influential on the overload or overload is the 5-axis truck type with the axle load of 2161,1411 SAL. The results of the analysis of the equivalent number (ESA) of the vehicle get a number of 12316.4 getting the value of TF (Truck Factor) = 6.31 > 1 (Overload). The results of the analysis of the damage to the Sumatra Arengka 2 Cross Road include; Crack damage AKAP-Riau STA 0 + 000 to STA 2 + 000 with a percentage of 61.96%, crack damage to Riau-AKAP STA 0 + 000 to STA 2 + 000 with a percentage of 29.41%. Damage to AKAP holes – Riau STA 1 + 000 to STA 2 + 000 with a percentage of 16.24%, damage to holes in Riau - AKAP STA 1 + 000 to STA 2 + 000 with a percentage of 20.98%. Damage to AKAP patches – Riau STA 0 + 000 and STA 1 + 000 with a percentage of 2.46%. Damage to AKAP connection chargers – Riau STA 0 + 000 and STA 1 + 000 with a percentage of 1.58%, damage to Riau - AKAP connection chargers STA 0 + 000 and STA 1 + 000 with a percentage of 0.43%. The position of damage to the Sumatra Arengka 2 Cross road, Riau, is on the wheel path (whell path) and between the wheel path (between whell path) with a slight level of damage.
