Abstract
Along with the increase of population from year to year, the need for transportation by itself is also increasing. On the other side of the growing number of transportation facilities can not keep pace with population growth, addition amount is not adequate transportation facilities are not fully able to provide a satisfactory level of service for the users of transport services. Society as transportation users expect comfort, safety and punctuality in driving. To anticipate the problems of public transport services is more complex, then it would need to be assessed on a network of public transport services Trans Metro Pekanbaru route 03 with a variety of functional classification and road conditions that have the goal to determine the characteristics of the service network and service level of public transport Trans Metro Pekanbaru. In this study sample was determined by accidental sampling method, the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation and distribution of the questionnaire sheet. Date analysis method that I use is the Importance Performance Analysis and Customer Statisfaction Index From process analysis and calculation of the methods into the stages of research then obtained a total value of accessibility based on travel time, travel time and travel speed accessibility values obtained 33,33% have high accessibility, while the value of the accessibility of the medium by 55.6% and low accessibility value of 11.12%. Based on the grouping of each attribute statement service levels that affect passenger satisfaction through Cartesian diagram is divided into four (4) quadrants obtained that level of service that are quadrant 1 (top priority), there are 3 (three) attributes, quadrant II (Preserve Achievement) there are 4 ( four) attributes, quadrant III (Low Priority) there are 4 (four) attributes, quadrant IV (Excessive) there are ten (10) attributes. The overall level of service to passengers of public transport Trans Metro Pekanbaru feel satisfied with the performance given by 75.1980%. From the results of this study disimpulakan that the network of public transport services Trans Metro Pekanbaru not optimum in serving the movement of passengers, while the level of public transport services Trans Metro Pekanbaru to passengers are satisfied with the services provided.
