Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of community Development program at PT. Arara Abadi Distrik Rasau Kuning Kab. Siak. This study using qualitative methods, in this methods aims to an understanding of social reality with data collection techniques that include interview, observation, and documentation. Technique validity of data using is triangulation technique. There are three Informants in this study, public relation PT. Arara Abadi Districk Rasau Kuning, the companion program Community Development and beneficiery program Community Development PT. Arara Abadi Distrik Rasau Kuning. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Community Development program of PT. Arara Abadi, Rasau Kuning District has one program, namely Desa Makmur Peduli Api (DMPA). The company held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the community to explore the potential of natural resources and human resources to improve the community's economy. The company will provide capital to the community to carry out activities. Some of these activities are curly chili cultivation, guava cultivation, and goat farming. The company provides training to the community if it is deemed to have failed in carrying out activities. Always establish communication between the company and the community.
