Abstract
From the discussion above, conclusions can be drawn: 1) PT. Indojaya Agrinusa is a subsidiary of JPFA which is engaged in animal feed production, chicken breeding and broiler (broiler) farming partnerships. 2) At PT.Indojaya Agrinusa there is a HRD (Human Resource Department) in addition to managing staff, it also makes a PMK (Working Capital Request) which contains expenses for sending HE and DOC which are carried out for the next week, where the schedule for sending HE or DOC is obtained from the production department which looks at the number of hatches.
