Abstract
Intellectual capital is intangible asset capital in the form of information and knowledge resources that serve to improve competitiveness and can improve the company's performance. Intellectual Capital is an asset for organizations to create value and benefit when compared to different organizations. As shown by Setianto (2014). The purpose of this study is to see as optimally what the role of intellectual capital is on employee performance at PT Supra Nagamas Plastik Industry located on jl. Lintas sumatra, kulim, tenayan raya, pekanbaru city, riau. That's where PT Supra Nagamas Plastic Industry can be categorized optimally.
