Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality of work life on employee performance at PT. Edco Persada Energi in Pematang Benteng Village, Batang Peranap District. The sample in this study was 45 people using the sample method (proportional stratified random sampling) and data processing using the SSPS program. From the method of data analysis is carried out descriptively and quantitatively using a simple linear regression tool and compared using the t test. The results of this study indicate that the quality of work life on employee performance has a positive and significant effect on PT. Edco Persada Energi in Pematang Benteng Village, Batang Peranap District.
