Abstract
This research was conducted at the Nakayma Store which is located n jalan karta 1 pekanbaru city. With the aim of aim of analyzing and to determine the feasibility of developing a business at the Nakayma Store based on several aspects. The analysis used in the study includes the Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Profit Sharing, Investible Surplus Method (ISM), Gold Value Method (GVM),Gold Index (GI). The results of this study indicate that the business at the Nakayma Store is feasible to be developed/run. It can be seen from severel methods, such as the Payback Period (PP) is 3 year 3 months 26 days, Net Present Value (NPV) is Rp. 328.209.689, Profitability ndex (PI) is 1,2524, Profit Sharing is Rp. 137.618.226, Investible Surplus Method (ISM) is 32%, Gold Value Method (GVM) is 35,19 grams of gold, Gold Index (GI) is 1,012.
