Abstract
In this MTsN 3 project, it took research on ironwork and formwork on columns and floor plates, the work of ironing columns and floor plates is one of the most important construction works for columns to function so that buildings do not collapse easily and floor plates serve as stepping places. Resources are a determining factor in the success of a construction project. In fact, due to the use of human resources that are not appropriate, it can cause a big loss to the construction project. Resources that influence the project consist of man, material, machine, money and method. Good labor productivity is very necessary and must be maximized to get good results in a construction project. Productivity also greatly affects the profit and loss of a project. There are many factors that can affect work productivity, for example activities that make work less effective The methods used are quantitative and qualitative methods, namely analyzing the factors that affect labor productivity by using the productivity rating method, where workers' activities are classified into three, namely essential contributory work, effective work and non-working work. effective (ineffective work). This research was conducted by means of direct observation in the field and distributing questionnaires to respondents. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is known that the average worker productivity (LUR) on iron work and floor plate and column formwork in the MTsN 3 Pekanbaru class building construction project, the column ironwork has an average productivity of 77.89%, on the job. floor plate construction has an average productivity of 75.61% and formwork work has an average productivity of 70.86% which means that the work is productive because it is more than 50%. There are 9 variables that have been determined to have a significance of 0.828> 0.05 (the required sig) so that simultaneously it has no effect on the level of productivity. Partially the variable has no effect on productivity because sig is less than 0.05, the most dominant factor on the dependent variable (productivity) is the independent variable (health) with a value of t = 1.569 and sig of 0.148
