Abstract
The research aims to analyze the effect of DER, ROA, EPS and PER to Stock Price. Independent variables were used DER, ROA, EPS and PER. Dependent variable were used Stock Price. The objects are companies on index LQ45 that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-2020. There were 33 companies that became the research sample which were selected based on the purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed with Ms. Excel and Eviews 10 using panel data regression. So that the results show that simultaneously the independent variables have positive and significant effect to the Stock Price. DER has negative effect and not significant to the Stock Price. ROA, EPS and PER have positive and significant effect to the stock price.
