Abstract
Broadly speaking, the purpose of this study is to determine the HR information system and employee performance at PT. Padasa Enam Utama, and to find out how much influence the HR information system has on the work productivity of employees at PT. Padasa Enam Utama. This research was conducted at PT. Padasa Enam Utama, there is also a strategy for this human resource information system carried out to improve the work ethic of employees at PT. Padasa Enam Utama. This research uses simple regression analysis with t, F and determination tests. The sample in the study was 35 employees. The results of this study indicate that HR information systems have an effect on employee work productivity. Thus, the conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that in order to increase the influence of the HR information system on employee work productivity, by following all the Company's Operational Standards by taking into account the stages that have been imposed by the company.
