Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze organizational commitment and employee performance at the Airport Operation & Service Section at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Branch of Sultan Syarif Kasim Airport Pekanbaru and its influence. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees totaling 37 people. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The conclusion of the study shows that the variable organizational commitment is in the good category. Employees highly uphold the company so that they always raise the good name of the company. Performance variables are in the good category. Employees have felt the performance during work, as seen from the job that is in accordance with the level of education and ability so that they feel comfortable at work. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance variables at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Branch of Sultan Syarif Kasim Airport, Pekanbaru.
