Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Water Plantation Molek II Indragiri Hulu, with the object of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Water Plantation Molek II Indragiri Hulu, with a population of 353 employees. In this study, the researcher used a random sampling technique (sample random sampling) using the slovin formula so as to obtain a total sample of 78 employees. This research was conducted with the intention of knowing and analyzing job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance. The data analysis method was carried out by means of data quality test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test (R2), correlation coefficient test and t test. From the results of these studies, it is known that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Nusantara V Plantation Molek II Indragiri Hulu Water Plantation. The results of the partial correlation coefficient test (t test) are known that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It is hereby concluded that there is a significant effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Nusantara V Plantation Molek II Indragiri Hulu Water Plantation.
