Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of the Pinang Sinawa studio in Ujung Batu district Rokan Hulu regency,management is very closely related to administration, administration at Pinang Sinawa such as student recruitment, student registration, and administrative tools as well as management funcation which include: planning, organizing, mobilizing, and supervision. The method used in this descriptive analysis method using qualitative data. The subject of the study was Tengku Lira Rahmanika Hafas as the studio leader. The object of the research is the history of the studio, the background of the establishment of the studi, and the management system used. Data collection techniquest were carried out by : (1) observation, (2) in-depth interviews, (3) documentation. The problem formulation of this research is how is the mangement of the Pinang Sinawa studi in Ujungbatu district Rokan Hulu regency. This study aims to determine the management system of the Pinang Sinawa studi in Ujungbatu district Rokan Hulu regency. Field, personal documentation, photos and so on. The results of research on the magement of the Pinang Sinawa studio: (1) planning contains weekly work programs, monthly work programs, annual work programs, incidental work programs and financial management, (2) organizing contains details of work, grouping jobs, dividing tasks and coordination, (3) mobilization includes participating in existing events, and (4) supervision includes continuous assessment and evaluation with the aim of making studio management even better. Based on the analysis of these data, it can be concluded planning, organizing, mobilization, and supervision.
