Abstract

The object of this study is consumers who shop in Enterprise Kuantan Fried Banana Fan II Pekanbaru This study aims to knowing the analysis of the promotion mix used in the Kuantan II Fan Fried Banana Business in Pekanbaru City. The Kuantan II Fan Fried Banana Business Pekanbaru is an MSME business engaged in the culinary field by selling fan fried bananas as its flagship product and various types of Riau specialties that can be used as souvenirs. In marketing, the promotional mix used by Pesang Goreng Kipas Kuantan II Pekanbaru in the form of advertising, personal selling, direct selling, sales promotion, public relations, word of mouth information as well as events and experiences. This study took a sample of 30 respondents with using accidental methods (by chance) and in analyzing data using descriptive and quantitative. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The method of data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to consumer respondents who shopped at the Kuantan II Fan Fried Banana Business Pekanbaru and interviews with business owners. The results of this study concluded that the promotion mix in terms of advertising, personal selling, direct selling, sales promotion, public relations, word of mouth information as well as events and experiences obtained a score of 2,279 with an interval score of 1,751-2,450 and classified into the criteria "Enough. Well".
