Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is a company's commitment to implementation of the objectives of corporate social responsibility. Company those who manage natural resources must carry out their responsibilities The problem is as mandated in Article 74 of Law No 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. Based on the above background that the main problem in writing In this thesis, how are the rules for corporate social responsibility? In Indonesia and How to Implement Corporate Social Responsibility PDAM Tirta Kampar to the Community of Bangkinang Village, Regency Kampar. The research method in writing this thesis is a research with observation research method Method or by means of a survey that is research which takes a sample from a population and uses interviews as a basic data collection tool, while from the nature of this research descriptive, research location in PDAM Tirta Kampar. The results of the research from this thesis are that the Tirta Kampar BUMD in the carry out CSR in the absence of company annual plans and programs the purpose as stated in the local regulation of the Kampar district number 3 years 2012 regarding corporate social responsibility, the Company so far only provide assistance in the form of services, and free installation for underprivileged communities while sustainable activities do not exist plans or programs for environmental and social development, both assistance for micro-enterprises or advancement programs to deep communities advancing the economy as the author has explained such as installation of clean water facilities for people who cannot afford it sustainably, that the absence of a CSR program as a company policy that sustainable. The role of stockholders such as the government is not proactive and The CSR forum is not running as mandated by PERDA Number 6 Year 2012 concerning Corporate Social Responsibility in Riau Province.
