Abstract
The construction of the Pekanbaru - Padang toll road Section VI Pekanbaru - Bangkinang is one part of the construction of the Trans Sumatra toll road. The construction of toll roads is due to the increasing needs of the community for access, transportation, and mobilization. The role of heavy equipment is needed to speed up work. Productivity is related to the problem of limited time and unfavorable environmental conditions that have an impact on project implementation time. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of productivity, to determine the number of heavy equipment, to determine the duration of work and the causal factors that affect productivity. The method used in productivity analysis is the time study method. The time study method is a job measurement technique by collecting data based on the time needed to complete a job and used to calculate the standard time of a job. The results of the research on productivity analysis and causal factors are excavator productivity per hour of 192,085 m³/hour, productivity per day is 1536.08 m³/day, cycle time of 16 seconds. Dump truck productivity per hour is 48.267 m/hour, productivity per day is 386.141 m/day, cycle time is 13 minutes. Motor grader productivity per hour is 115,709 m/hour, productivity per day is 925,627 m³/day, cycle time is 1.99 minutes. The productivity of the vibrator roller per hour is 156.978 m/hour, the productivity per day is 1255.83 m/day, the cycle time is 2.54 minutes. The number of heavy equipment excavators is 1 unit, dump truck is 4 units, motor grader is 2 units, and vibrator roller is 2 units. While the reality in the field is that there are 1 unit of excavators, 4 units of dump trucks, 2 units of motor grader, but in reality only 1 unit of motor grader is used, and 2 units of vibrator roller but in reality there is only 1 unit. Based on the analysis, the duration of the work is in accordance with the schedule and the reality in the field, namely for 4 days with a work volume of 1257.3 m³.
