The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of organizational restructuring on employee performance carried out by one of the companies engaged in the distribution of diesel, namely PT.Bina Buana Mandiri. The data used in this study is sourced from primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires with probability sampling technique, which is a random sampling technique, namely several employees at the company. The data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis method using SPSS version 20. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between organizational restructuring variables and employee performance at PT. Independent Development. With this it can be seen that the restructuring itself is not carried out immediately because the company is experiencing problems, but if the company also wants to improve relations within the company, both between superiors and subordinates and from the level of division of tasks therein. Where this also has the potential to support the achievement of the company's goals.
