Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze job stress, overintention, and the effect of work stress on employee turnover at PT. Asam Jawa. The population and sample in this study were all employees at PT. Asam Jawa Labuhan Batu Selatan with a total sample of 89 people. The sampling technique used was the accidental sampling method. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that work stress has a significant effect on turn overintention at PT. Asam Jawa, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency. The percentage of work stress on employee turnover is 52.5% while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other factors.
