Abstract
Performance is the result of work that has a strong relationship with the organization's strategic objectives, customer satisfaction, and contributes to the economy. Good employee performance will directly affect the performance of the institution, and to improve employee performance is certainly a long and time-consuming process of work. The performance of civil servants is a problem that is quite interesting to discuss, because it will be very useful for law enforcement which is also beneficial to the interests of individuals, communities, Nation and State. The Office of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Pelalawan Regency, one of the Government Agencies in the Pelalawan Regency Government whose duty is to assist the Regent in carrying out the authority of the Regional Government in the area of financial management and regional assets. The research objective is to explain the Factors Affecting Employee Performance in the Field of Assets in the Financial and Asset Management Agency in Pelalawan Regency. This study uses a qualitative research type with a total of 10 informants. Data collection techniques using interviews and then analyzed using qualitative typology. the main conclusions from the research on the Analysis of Factors Affecting Employee Performance in the Field of Assets in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in Pelalawan Regency. this is due to the fact that most of the staff or employees in the field of assets of the Pelalawan district have known their duties but have not carried out their duties to the fullest, this is evidenced by the large number of programs that have been established but have not been successfully implemented until the end of the year. And also there are still many undisciplined employees in BPKAD Pelalawan District Office, causing jealousy from other employees and influencing other employees to do so.
