Abstract
This study aims to employee performance and virtue at PT. JNE Express Pekanbaru. This research was conducted with a descriptive method that uses primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews / interviews and research questionnaires. The population of this research is the employees of PT. JNE Express Pekanbaru Pekanbaru in 2018, amounting to 271 people. As for the sample in this study were employees of the courier section of PT. JNE Express Pekanbaru, amounting to 55 employees. The results of the study note that the performance of employees at PT. JNE Express Pekanbaru is in the very good category. The results of respondents' responses stating that employees agree that the performance that has been generated by employees has given good results while doing work. Employees can also complete the tasks that are given well and can be completed in a timely manner. The form of policy carried out by the company PT. JNE Express Pekanbaru in improving employee performance, one of them is by providing employee training and work education programs to support the increase of employee knowledge in work.
