Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of human relations on the work ethic of the marketing department employees at PT. Semangat Baru Group Pekanbaru. In this study, a sample of thirty-five respondents was used. The analysis technique used is SEM-PLS. The research data were obtained from questionnaires (primary), literature study and direct interviews with related parties according to the research objectives. Based on the analysis, it shows that the human relation variable has a significant effect on work ethic, the greater the human relations it will be able to have a positive impact on the work ethic of the marketing department employees at PT. Semangat Baru Group Pekanbaru.
